Shipping policy

As we provide #customaestheticdesigns, all items are made to order which means the turn around time for orders are 1-3 weeks. (During peak periods, you can expect processing times to take 3-5 weeks). Should there be any items requiring to be ordered specially, this can/will take an additional 2-3 weeks. 

We send all orders via Australia Post and for now, we are only offering delivery within Australia.

All letters and parcels are delivered by Australia Post on business days (excluding weekends/public holidays) and we drop off to Australia Post on business days only.

 

We are also not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of delays caused by Australia Post or any delay caused by providing us an incorrect delivery address.

How long does shipping take?

  • Express parcel post - 1-5 business days (except WA which is 3-5 business days)​

* These delivery times are estimated only as provided by Australia Post. We are not held accountable for loss, late or damage to late deliveries. 

How much is shipping? 

​As all orders are registered and tracked with Australia Post - Express parcel post - $15.00 AUD.*

* You will receive a tracking number via email. 

Is it possible to get free shipping? 

Absolutely, shipping is free with orders above $250.00 (AUD). 

Can I change my address after I have placed my order? 

Due to the nature of getting orders out as fast as possible, we cannot change the postal address.

However if there is absolutely no other option, please email us to let us know the situation and we can discuss it from there - floridobydemand@gmail.com

Do you deliver to PO Boxes? 

Currently we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Remember! 

  • Don't freak out if your order takes a little longer, our posties are working hard to get it to you as soon as possible

  • Weekends and public holidays don't count as business days

  • If your item is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, we will invoice you for the postage and will send it out again. (the reinvoicing is because Australia Post wont accept the used tracking details hence having to generate a new one).
